Strong special effects of course, the Anakin acting was actually okay,
pretty good except when he’s doing lovey dovey with Padme. I only
laughed at the dialogue twice which is about 300% less than the first
two
The fall of Anakin stuff, character development as it were (in a Star
Wars movie, go figure), was excellent.
Obi-Wan was great, its really cool to see him mold into the man we see
in Episode 4.
Palpatine, in my opinion, deserves an academy award. Amazing acting.
Thankfully Jar Jar is seen, but not heard.
Lightsaber battles galore! Holy jeez!

There were some directorial issues (bad transitions, seemingly misplaced scenes) other than that I would say that the film itself is pretty good. As I said, 8.2

Here I am. Damn, I look serious. Guess I just didn’t want to smile.
Well, I’m second in line for my theatre, sweet.

My laptop is in a weird, hemi-broken state. It locks up, the network capability, wirelss and otherwise, are shakey at best. Sometimes it won’t turn on at all. I’m thinking motherboard issues. Sometimes it works though…like right now…

Go figure.
I finished up half of my HWSW labs last night. I got one half left but I got an extension on them so I have 8 days till they’re due. I have the finance hw still which shouldn’t take me an enormous amount of time, but thats what I have while waiting in line this afternoon - time. Lots of it too. I’ll be waiting there for around 4 hourse until Sarah gets there with food and sweet company. So, finance homework, broken iPod, and about 200 geeks. That’s what my afternoon and early evening looks like.

My brother is already in line, but he’s seeing it at a different theatre, which is a major bummer because it would be fun to chill with him.

All my finals are turning out to be monstrous, cumulative concoctions of doom. Pauline Lit is cumulative since midterm based on lecture alone. Business Law is cumulative since midterm and just…beastly, huge and the study guide is very specific but it’s specific on everything in the book…not very helpful. Finance is cumulative since midterm based on Chapters 10-22, word on the street is - this is one sinister son of a bitch. This teacher is one of those who holds to a certain theory of testing that irks me beyond mention. But I’ll try. He said the other day, “Now, I didn’t fall off a turnip truck, I wasn’t born yesterday, and in my short time teaching I’ve learned that if I tell you what will be on the exam, you’ll study just those things. I think that you should be responsible for everything we’ve learned this semester so that’s what’s going to be on it; everything since the midterm.” I think that statement is a complete and utter load of BS. If you want me to learn something and be able to call it back to you, tell me what it is you want. Don’t pull that smoke and mirrors crap, tell me what I should take away from your class and that’s what I’ll focus on.

Enough of that.

Found the prompt, finished the paper, no longer f’ed and rockin on. Gotta print and get dinner and go to class. Exciting.

Okay, the schedule I put below - load of crap. I’m back at my apt now, taking a break from crap but I’m going to start on the law paper in about 10 minutes. I talked with a classmate about it and he gave me a lot or resources to use to make it go smoother. I think that it will take 3 hours or so to do, tops. Most likely I’ll be doing labs until the early morning tonight, not cutting out at about 11 or 11:30. This sucks, but most of the hard stuff will be over by Thursday. Then Friday I move out of my apt, Saturday and Sunday I spend prep-ing for finals. YAY!

Okay. So I’m working on getting one of my blog concepts up, which is the link of the album cover of the music I’m currently enjoying. I need to find a source of album cover art for popular music that is the same size constraints as the photo currently in the upper right corner.

So if they sidebar looks wacky today, that’s why.

I just found my senior petition (had been lost), so thats good to have to turn in…again.

Okay, so I got a reply from two people…at 7:49 a.m.
At that point I shoulda just forgotten about it and gone to bed, seeing as how I would be late. Now that I’m here, I’m thinking - that would have been the very smart thing to do. Tthey’re talking about their project in terms of checksums and hex and packet length. All concepts I understand - none of which I know the practical implementation of.

So, waste of sleep, as it turns out.

Yet, I’m here.
I’m trying to plan out the rest of my day. So far it looks like this.

0915-1020 - Downtime, probably coffee and Law Paper.
1030-1145 - Archery
1200-1315 - HWSW
1315-1700 - Law Paper
1700-1745 - Eat

2020-2230 - HWSW Labs
2300-0200 - If I’m still awake, WoW

Pretty crazy.

Note to self: Don’t eat Chili-Cheese fries sporadically between 8:30pm-12:00pm. Oy.
